On September 8, 2018, Metropolitan Anastassy of Simbirsk and Novospassk performed the rite of consecration of the cross at the construction site of the church in the name of the holy noble prince Alexander Nevsky. The church will be built on the territory of the parish of the same name in the Zasviyazhsky district of the city of Ulyanovsk. Currently, parishioners of the Alexander Nevsky parish gather for prayer in a wooden church. It has a small capacity and cannot accommodate everyone.
"UK "Torgovaya Nedvizhimost" is actively involved in the construction of a new church, which will accommodate all parishioners who wish to visit it.
The church will be built on the territory of the parish of the same name in the Zasviyazhsky district of the city of Ulyanovsk (near the UAZ Community Center and the Pyatoe Soltsne Entertainment Center).
Currently, design work is underway to build a new church.
