In 1992, he graduated from the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov, specializing in "Physics and Computer Science".
In 2018, he graduated from the Master's program in the Faculty of History and Philology of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov, Faculty of "Theology". Master, defended his Master's thesis on the topic: ""Experience of spiritual and moral education of the Simbirsk classical gymnasium of the 19th century and the modern Orthodox gymnasium "Dar".
In 2019, he graduated from the Postgraduate Program in the Faculty of History and Philology of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I.N. Ulyanov, Faculty of "Historical Sciences and Archeology".
In 2019, he graduated from the Orthodox Theological Institute in Paris named after St. Sergius of Radonezh in France (L’Institut de Theologie Orthodoxe Saint-Serge).
Professional activity:
In 1996, he was elected as a deputy of the Ulyanovsk City Duma of the first convocation. In 2000, he voluntarily resigned from his deputy powers.

In the late 90s, Mikhail Uryasov united the city-forming enterprises of the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Food and Light Industry in the city of Ulyanovsk, such as: AO Pishchekombinat Volzhsky, AOZT Odezhda, ZAO Ulyanovskobuvtorg, ZAO Kulttovary, invested in the renovation and revival of enterprises.
In 2007 - the creator and sole founder of the Simbirsk General Education Grammar School "DAR", built and opened in the city of Ulyanovsk. The Grammar School "DAR" includes the Grammar School Temple."

Since 2001, he is the founder of the Board of Trustees of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Law Enforcement Officers and Special Services of the Russian Federation" and the founder of the Ulyanovsk regional organization of the All-Russian public organization "Association of Law Enforcement Officers and Special Services of the Russian Federation".
